FATORDA: Fatorda police registered a case of unnatural death after an unidentified male, aged around 30–35 years, was found lying near Old Chowgule College, Borda, on September 29, 2025, around 1.00 pm. Police said information was first relayed by PCR Panjim, following which they visited the spot. The man had already been shifted by the 108 emergency service to the South Goa District Hospital, Margao, where the duty doctor declared him brought dead. A scene-of-occurrence panchanama was conducted, and the body has been preserved at SGDH for medico-legal formalities. Further enquiry is being carried out by LPSI S. Prabhudessai of Fatorda Police Station.
