PANAJI: Goa Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant announced that the upcoming Unity Mall and Prashasan Stamb projects will be developed on government land. The CM assured that these initiatives will create thousands of job opportunities for locals and foster business growth in the state.
Highlighting the government’s commitment to environmental sustainability, CM Sawant said biodiversity will be preserved during the development of these projects. He appealed to the public to support development initiatives instead of opposing them merely for the sake of dissent.
“These projects are designed to benefit the local community by generating employment and encouraging entrepreneurship, while also maintaining ecological balance,” the CM added.
The announcement comes as part of the state government’s broader efforts to modernize infrastructure and promote economic development in Goa.
