CANACONA: Vaishnav Pednekar, a prominent youth leader from Canacona known for his active involvement in social and organisational initiatives, has been appointed as the State Vice-President of the Goa Pradesh Youth Congress (GPYC).
The appointment has been made under the leadership of Indian Youth Congress President Uday Bhanu Chib, with the guidance of Indian Youth Congress National In-Charge Manish Sharma and Goa In-Charge Swapnil Patil.
Pednekar will be part of the newly constituted GPYC team that will function under the leadership of Archit Shantaram Naik, the newly elected President of the Goa Pradesh Youth Congress.
Party workers and supporters across the state have welcomed the decision, expressing confidence that Pednekar’s appointment will help strengthen the organisation and boost youth participation in Goa.
Speaking to this correspondent, newly appointed State GPYC Vice-President Vaishnav Pednekar said that he would focus on youth-centric initiatives across Goa, with special emphasis on Canacona and South Goa.
