VASCO: Vasco police conducted a raid at a kiosk located within 100 metres of St. Andrews School and seized tobacco products worth ₹7,675.
During the raid, police apprehended 20-year-old Mainuddin Hullatti, son of Nasir Hullatti, resident of Bharat Nagar, New Vaddem, who was allegedly found selling the prohibited items in the school vicinity. The seized items have been taken into custody for further legal action.
Vasco Police have reiterated that strict action will be taken against anyone found violating the ban on the sale of tobacco products near educational institutions.
