The voluntarily called lockdown by Siddesh Bhagat, panch Aquem Baixo village panchayat has received tremendous response in the ward no 6.
Speaking to goemkarponn.com Bhagat thanked the people of Ward No 6 for coordinating with the voluntarily lock down to avoid unwanted risk.
“We unitedly will fight this battle, let’s not take any risk and don’t panic we are united as one family,” he said.
Villages across the state are calling for voluntary lockdown as COVID19 cases rise.
However, the government has issued a controversial circular which bars local bodies for calling lockdowns as it hampers the economy.
