CANACONA: A Health Awareness Program and Cleanliness Drive is organized in Palolem in association with Community Health Centre (CHC) and participation of the local residents of Palolem on Tuesday.
The special Cleanliness Drive and Health Awareness program is specially organised by We For Palolem, a NGO in Association with the CHC and the local residents.
Dr.Classy Furtado in her talk brought health awareness about mosquito breeding and its consequences related to Dengue and Malaria sicknesses.
Earlier, the local resident joined on a cleanliness drive behind the Palolem Youth Club house and its surroundings with a mission ‘let us clean our surroundings’. People have collected wastage/Garbage strewn around all over and filled 40 big-black bags.
We For Palolem president Gaspar Coutinho appreciated and thanked each of the residents for making time in carrying out cleanliness drive and later attending the Health Awareness Talk.
