PANAJI: Panaji MLA Atanasio Babush Monserrate said that he will see that BJP wins more than 25 seats in the upcoming Goa Assembly Elections in February next year.
“I will see that BJP will win more than 25 seats in the upcoming Goa Assembly Elections in February 2022. Also, I say that BJP will win all 5 constituencies in Tiswadi Taluka,” said Monserrate.
Speaking on a recent survey that Babush’s Panaji seat is not safe, Monserrate said he doesn’t want to comment.
“I have been in politics since 2002, and people know everything about me. I don’t want to comment on any survey,” he said.
Babush further said that they all joined the BJP to develop Goa and their respective constituencies.
“If you have a look, all those constituencies have seen massive developments, and if they had not joined, their constituencies would have been neglected,” he added.
Monserrate said that BJP would win all five assembly seats in Tiswadi. He also said that in Covid times, the government has done its best.
