ARAMBOL: Mandrem Police have registered an Unnatural Death (UD) case No. 54/2025 under Section 194 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS) after a young man was found lying motionless on Arambol Beach in the early hours of Wednesday.
Police received information at around 6.47 am on December 17, 2025, about an unknown male, aged approximately 30–35 years, found motionless on the beach. Upon conducting inquiries with local residents, the deceased was later identified as Abhay, son of Bheem Singh, aged 23 years, working as a waiter. He was a native of Sharog Kando Bhatnaul, Sirmaur district, Himachal Pradesh, and was employed at Café Russian, Arambol, Pernem, Goa.
Further enquiry in the matter is in progress by the Investigating Officer, PSI, Mandrem Police Station.
