Pernem: Mandrem Police Station has registered an offence against a YouTuber for allegedly harassing and filming tourists at Morjim beach in North Goa.
According to police, the offence was registered on 19/02/2026 at 11:46 p.m. based on a complaint filed by PSI Sunil K. Patil of Mandrem Police Station. The incident reportedly occurred prior to 17/02/2026 at Morjim Beach in Pernem taluka.
The accused has been identified as the user of the YouTube ID @GudduVlogs7, who allegedly uploaded a video on social media in which he is seen wrongfully restraining foreign and Indian tourists and disturbing their privacy.
Police stated that the accused allegedly forced women tourists to pose for photographs and recorded videos in an improper manner. He is also accused of passing vulgar comments towards foreign and Indian women tourists in public view.
Further, it is alleged that the accused published and circulated false information or rumours through the video, which could potentially create fear, promote ill will between communities, and insult the modesty of women.
Police said further investigation is in progress under PSI Paresh Kale.
