BICHOLIM: In an unfortunate incident, a 4-year old toddler died after he incidentally pulled the trigger of the pistol.
The incident reportedly took place at Bicholim.
As per information, Dasharath Vaingankar, head constable attached to EOC was posted for duty of security guard of Vice president of India.
The incident took place on Thursday when the father had returned home from the duty.
Vaingankar’s 4 year child took his block pistol and while playing with it, bullet fired in his right eye and he died on the spot.
Police has registered it as unnatural death while further investigation is going on.
