CANACONA – Most of the Khola village areas will have no power supply as the 11-KV Agonda Feeder will be shutdown for line maintenance works from 9 am to 1 pm for the day.
According to press note released by Canacona Assistant Engineer Govind Bhat, a power shutdown has been arranged on 11 KV Agonda Feeder for urgent line maintenance works and hence there will be no power supply to the areas serviced by Agonda Feeder.
Vagonmol, Vagon, Soliem, Shiroti, Matvemol, Popaidando, Khola Beach, Gowal, Khola, Kuddi, Cabo-de-Rama, Molorem, Nuvem and Ghanem in Khola village will not have power supply on Tuesday.
‘The OH Electricity alignment pertaining to only Khola village will be taken up for maintenance and will be charged after 1.pm. Agonda panchayat areas will not be affected and will be having power-supply tomorrow, The Agonda line will be on, only the areas coming under Khola village will be effected’, informed AE Canacona Govind Bhat when contacted.
AE (Electricity) further stating the 11-KV Agonda feeder supply feed to Khola will be shutdown informed that the electricity alignments are taken up for the annual pre-monsoon maintenance works.
