MARGAO: Agxem Sports Club were crowned champions of the Silver Jubilee inter-ward football tournament organized by SFX Sports Club Camarxett by defeating Corjem Youth Club 3-0 at St.Alex Church ground customs on Sunday
The final was played in front of a large crowd and Agxem Sports Club scored three goals in a full session of play. Mario scored in the first session and a brace by Savio Peixoto.
The following prizes were awarded Player of the Match Rhay Dias Corjem, Best Goalkeeper Agnelo Gomes Agxem SC, Best Defender of Finals Glenn of Corjem SC, Super Striker of the Final Savio Peixoto Agxem SC, first scorer of Finals Mario Agxem SC.

Reginaldo Aleixo Lourenco Mla of Curtorim and GIDC chairman was the chief guest and gave away the prizes in the presence of Vaibhav Naik PI curchorem Police station, Fr. Manuel Dias Parish Priest of St Alex church Curtorim, Conceicao Fernandes and other dignitaries and club officials were present for the finals.
