According to officials on Sunday, the Education Department has posted 36 openings for qualified English teachers so far this year through the Staff Selection Commission, and the chosen applicants have already been offered positions. The police claim that a young Karwar girl was summoned to Tisk-Usgao for marriage. According to the police, the victim’s mother lodged a complaint stating that the accused, identified as Kamu Jana, abducted her 15-year-old daughter from her lawful guardianship and kept her at an undisclosed location.
