MARDOL: A 22-year-old man from Assam was caught red-handed in possession of suspected narcotic drugs near Khandola.
Acting on a complaint by PSI Rochan Martins attached to Mardol Police Station, authorities apprehended Rituraj Chetri, a resident of Taleigao, with 129 grams of dry greenish leafy and flowering material believed to be ganja.
The seized narcotics are valued at approximately ₹12,900 in the international market. Further investigation into the case is ongoing under PSI Vibhinav Shirodkar of Mardol Police Station.
