As per SDPO Pernem Jivba Dalvi the deceased person namely Mr. AFTHAB K.S S/O K.S SAINUDHEEN, Age- 25 years, R/o Palluyruthy, Kochi had come to Goa along with his friends for a visit who went to the sea for a swim and accidentally drowned in the water due to rough sea. The deceased person was fished out by locals and shifted to CHC Tuem, where he was declared dead. Mandrem Police have registered a case of unnatural death and further investigation is in progress.
