The victim, seated at 31A near the window, reported that Jitender Jaglan, 23, from Panipat, seated at 31B, engaged in obscene behavior under a blanket and partially exposed himself towards her. The incident, which took place between 11:00 am and 1:20 pm, left the complainant humiliated.
