NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Tuesday refused to stay the counselling for admissions of students to the medical colleges over alleged paper leak and irregularities in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) undergraduate (UG) examination 2024 [Shivangi Mishra v. National Testing Agency and Others]. A Vacation Bench of Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah issued notice on one of the petitions seeking cancellation of the examination held in May and an investigation into the paper leak.
