Team Goemkarponn SALIGAO: Saligao Police have arrested the second accused in the chain-snatching case reported at PDA Colony, Porvorim on December 25, 2025. Earlier, the prime accused Abdul Rahman (32), a resident of Sarai Ajeej, Manglaur in Haridwar district, Uttarakhand, was arrested by Saligao Police from Manglaur, Roorkee on December 31, 2025 and is currently in judicial custody. On January 12, 2026, Saligao Police arrested the second accused, Ikram, son of Akhtar (36), a carpenter residing at Mohalla Saray Ajij, Manglaur, Haridwar, Uttarakhand. He has been remanded to two days of police custody.
