Team Goemkarponn SALIGAO: Saligao Police have arrested the second accused in the chain-snatching case reported at PDA Colony, Porvorim on December 25, 2025. Earlier, the prime accused Abdul Rahman (32), a resident of Sarai Ajeej, Manglaur in Haridwar district, Uttarakhand, was arrested by Saligao Police from Manglaur, Roorkee on December 31, 2025 and is currently in judicial custody.
