Sawant said that the Goa Legislative Assembly will be called to session starting on February 2 by the state cabinet, which convened on Thursday at Mantralaya. He announced that the state budget will be presented as well as the governor’s speech to the House during the session. Goemkarponn desk Panaji: A man was arrested on Thursday for allegedly creating a fake Instagram profile of a minor girl and uploading objectionable pictures on it, a Goa police official said. Sameer Hazara was held by the Cyber Crime Cell of the state police after the girl’s parents lodged a complaint on Wednesday, he said.
