Naked body of Philip Kispotta a labourer residing at Collem was found near the railway track at Collem on Oct 27. The accused are identified as 40-year-old Ramesh Doddamani from Hukkeri, Karnataka, 22-year-old Shivam Ram Bahadur from Raibarely and 56-year-old Chandrakant Bhagyavant from Satara, Maharashtra.
