Goemkarponn desk PANAJI: Coastal defence exercise, ‘Sea Vigil 22,’ was initiated on the coastal belts of Goa on Tuesday morning to establish a robust coastal defence and coastal security setup alongside all the Central and State Security Agencies (SSA).
