According to police, the complainant (name withheld) reported that on February 24, 2026, between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm, near the Carbon Factory at Nessai, the accused allegedly kidnapped his minor cousin sister from lawful guardianship. The accused has been identified as Pankaj Nishad, a resident of Nessai and originally from Banda, Uttar Pradesh.
