Goemkarponn desk VASCO: Despite the court case, the Outline Development Plan (ODP) 2030 for the Vasco planning area in the official gazette was notified, which the Mormugao Planning and Development Authority approved. The notification in the official gazette stated that the public notice that the ODP 2030 for the area shall come into operation immediately. Goemkarponn desk PANAJI: Panaji Town Police, in a narcotic raid, have arrested 1 and seized 950 grams ganja worth Rs 95,000. The accused has been identified as Abdul Mansoor (57), a resident of Delhi and Native of West Bengal. Police said the raid was conducted after it gained intelligence from a source. The raid was conducted at the KTC bus stand, wherein the said accused was caught with 950 grams of the greenish leafy substance. Police have said that further investigation is on.
