PANJIM: Additional Director Panchayat today heard an appeal filed by Goa IIT Director challenging Guleli VP decision to decline NOC for construction of compound wall at the proposed IIT site. The matter is fixed on October 21 for next hearing. IIT Goa director had challenged the order of the Guleli panchayat rejecting NOC for the construction of compound wall. Panaji: The State government has formed a 35-member Expert committee under chairmanship of Laxmikant Parsekar, the former chief minister of Goa, which will submit its report in next three to four months, to finalise the new State Education Policy.
