The order comes into effect from October 15, 00.00 hrs, the order said. While the multiplexes and there’s are permitted to open with 50 p.c. capacity, the swimming pools are open only for training. Air cargo business at the Goa International Airport is showing signs of recovery post resuming flights services post lockdown. The cargo handled at the Dabolim airport registered a month on month growth in cargo handling. Airport Authority informed that the cargo handling which was at 4 metric tons (MT) in April saw substantial increase in September- 337 MT.
