The victim, who had been working at a private property for over 15 years, was discovered with severe injuries about 15 to 20 metres away from his room. New Delhi: The central government’s fiscal deficit reached Rs 9.76 lakh crore by the end of November, representing 62.3 per cent of the 2025-26 budget target, up from 52.5 per cent during the same period last year, according to official data released on Wednesday.
