In what could be a major boost to tourism, Goa tourism has received safe travel stamp which will pave way for international tourists.
“We’re happy to announce that #Goa has now received the @WTTC #SafeTravels Stamp; backed by @unwto & has recognised the efforts of @goatourism to enforce numerous safety protocols validated by WTTC,” tweeted GOAMILES official.
The tweet further said that the development puts Goa on the world map with international safety standards. #GoaMiles.
This comes as a major relief after the UK based TUI charter agency had canceled flights as the government did not permit travel to Goa.
