PANAJI: The Dy. Supdt. Of Police, Traffic (HQ), Panaji has informed to all motorists that in order to promote Digital payments and facilitate easy payment of uncompounded Challans issued under Motor Vehicle Act/ Rules, w.e.f. March 1, 2025 no cash payment will be accepted while compounding Challans issued under Motor Vehicle Act/ Rules.
All Challans will be compounded only in Digital Form through following modes, debit/ credit card, QR code ( generated on E-challan machine) and https://echallan.parivahan.gov.in/index/accused-challan (for payment of uncompounded M. V. Challan) – this link will also be received by the violator on his mobile number.
