CM Dr. Pramod Sawant lauded Vedanta Sesa Goa Iron Ore’s community infrastructure initiatives for handing over village playground to Amona panchayat which is renovated by Vedanta Sesa Goa Iron Ore and laid the foundation stone to initiate Vedanta’s one more infrastructure project in the village that is, construction work of compound wall for Mahadev Temple, Amona.

The aim of these initiatives by Vedanta Sesa Goa Iron Ore, is to provide the infrastructure development support to Amona village, which is a vital component for holistic development of communities. Infrastructure development is the major thrust area of Vedanta’s CSR interventions and since past several decades the company has contributed through numerous community infrastructure development projects across the state.
