Colvale: Colvale Police in a Narcotic Raid have arrested Camurlim Native and seized 510 grams of Ganja, 15.10 grams of Ecstasy powder all worth Rs. 2,10,000.
Colvale Police acting on reliable and specific information conducted a narcotic raid near ferry point Camurlim Bardez Goa and caught the accused namely Vijay S/o Pradeep Volvoikar age 23 yrs, R/o H. No. 425, Katurlim Wada, Camurlim Goa, for being illegal possession of 510 grams of Ganja and 15.10 grams of Ecstasy powder.
The approximate value of the seized contraband is approximately Rs. 2,10,000/- in the international market.
In this regards Colvale P.S. Cr No. 19/2021 U/Sec 20(b) (ii) (A) & 22 (C) of NDPS Act against the accused person on 27/07/2021 against the accused person.
The accused person is placed under arrest after observing all Supreme Court guidelines. Further investigation is in progress with PSI Kunal Naik
