Congress move to JMFC on forgery of documents by 10 defected MLAs to register FIR; Matter posted for hearing on 23rd June.
GPCC President Girish Chodankar who is also petitioner before high court on disqualification if it’s 10MLAs, has now moved criminal miscellaneous application no 78/2021 on 10/6/2021 and matter is fixed for first hearing on 23rd June, 2021 in the Court of the judicial magistrate first class, Panjim praying for registration of FIR are against all the 10 MLAs including CHANDRAKANT KAVALEKAR

NILKANTH HALARNKAR, JENNIFER MONSERRATE, ANTONIO FERNANDES, FRANCISCO SILVEIRA, WILFRED DSA, CLAFASIO DIAS, FILIPE RODRIGUES, ANTANASIO MONSERRATE and proposer of resolution PRASAD AMONKAR and seconded proposal JEETENDRA GAONKAR and 53 other persons who signed the forged documents and urged to take action against These persons in accordance with law as they have interalia committed offences under Sections 192, 193, 199, 200, 209, 463, 465, 468, 471, 473, 476, 120 etc. of the Indian Penal Code.
It may be recalled that Chodankar had filed police complaint at Panjim Police Station on 20/4/2021 against MLAs & others and subsequently with Sptd of Police, North Goa on 5/5/2021 against preparing forged documents to creating fake evidences, but till date they failed to register FIR on Complaint in respect of forgery/fraud and other offences under the provisions of Indian Penal Code 1860, which compelled Chodankar to move before JMFC with prayers, to direct PI, Panjim to register FIR and to direct PI and SP North to conduct independent, free and proper investigation and also prayed court to Monitor the investigation and direct PI to timely submit the progress of investigation to the court.
