Panaji: After a gap of over two months, the daily new COVID-19 cases touched the 100 mark today, causing much fear of possible second wave hitting Goa.
The day also reported 41 recoveries and 3 deaths.
Since last two days, State has reported gradual rise in coronavirus cases. On Thursday, State had 71 cases, which rose to 100 today.
As per DHS bulletin, all the three deaths took place at Goa Medical College (GMC),the active cases stand at 587. While the death tally now stands at 794; the total number of samples tested in the last 24 hours is 1813. The recovery rate is 97.48 percent.
