PANJIM: A dead body of an unknown male has been found at Velsao Beach under mysterious circumstances.
As per information, the head of the body has been smashed and due to this police have been suspecting it as a muder.
The police have said that the identity of the dead person is yet to be determined and further investigation is being carried out.
