MARGAO: The District Magistrate, South Goa has called upon all persons claiming interest in the abandoned vehicles to submit their claims (if any) alongwith the documentary evidence, to the office of the Deputy Collector and Sub Divisional Magistrate – I (Salcete), Margao and office of the Deputy Collector and Sub Divisional Magistrate – Mormugoa within a period of 06 month from date of publication.
If no objections/claims are received within the stipulated period, the vehicles shall be forfeited in favour of the State Government and shall be disposed of through public auction as provided under law or through such mode as approved by the State Government and no further claims will be entertained from any one thereafter and the proceeds shall be forfeited to the Government.
The list of all identified vehicles of the respective talukas are available at the Office of the Deputy Collector and Sub Divisional Magistrate – I (Salcete), Margao and Office of the Deputy Collector and Sub Divisional Magistrate – Mormugoa.
