PANAJI: The Election Commission of India (ECI) today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) today with two prominent entities, the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA) and the Department of Posts (DoP), aiming to amplify voter outreach and awareness efforts in anticipation of the upcoming General Elections to Lok Sabha 2024.
This initiative reflects the ECI’s ongoing commitment to bolstering electoral awareness in the nation.
The Department of Posts (DoP) and India Post Payment Bank (IPPB), are government-owned entities under the DoP engaged in providing banking, insurance, postal, and other services across the length and breadth of the country.
