PANAJI: Goa Health Minister Vishwajit Rane said that ensuring safe and hygienic food along with quality medicines for every Goan remains a top priority of the Government.
Rane chaired a detailed review meeting with the Food and Drugs Administration Department to assess various ongoing measures and initiatives being implemented across the State.
During the meeting, discussions were held on strengthening monitoring mechanisms, improving enforcement and ensuring that citizens continue to receive safe food products and medicines maintaining the highest standards of quality and care.
The Health Minister reiterated the Government’s commitment towards protecting public health and building a healthier Goa through stronger regulatory oversight and effective implementation of food and drug safety measures.
