CUTBONA: Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant inaugurated the Cutbona Fisheries Co-operative Society at Velim in the presence of Fisheries Minister Nilkanth Halarnkar, Law & Environment Minister Aleixo Sequeira and others.
CM congratulated all the fisherman, allied professionals who are coming together to form the society.
Sawant also stated that the Union Cooperation Ministry is set to roll out new comprehensive Cooperation Policy and the Goa State Govt is always committed to extend support for the Cooperative movement in the state in various sectors.
CM expressed confidence that the Cutbona Co-op society shall strengthen the Fisheries activities, business in the region and contribute to our vision of Swayampurna Goa.
