Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant on Wednesday witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) and UNOCUE, in collaboration with the Noble Association, to launch a major career guidance initiative for students across Goa.
Under the “Goa Career Navigator” program, more than 18,000 students from all 12 talukas will gain access to structured career support, including psychometric assessments, AI-generated career reports, and expert-led awareness sessions.
The initiative combines technology with personalized mentorship to help students make informed academic and career choices. Aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP), the program also actively involves teachers and parents to build a holistic support system for students.
Congratulating SCERT and UNOCUE on the collaboration, Chief Minister Sawant said the program marks a significant step toward empowering Goa’s youth with meaningful guidance and opportunities.
