Goa University Signs First-Ever MoU for Structured UPSC Coaching

PANAJI: In a historic first for the State, Goa University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chanakya Mandal Pariwar, a pioneering institute since 1996 committed to nurturing professionals with a national vision and dedication to public service.
The landmark collaboration aims to provide Goa’s students with structured UPSC preparation, expert mentorship, and a value-based approach to nation-building.
The MoU was signed by Prof. Harilal B. Menon, Vice Chancellor of Goa University, and Ketan Sande from Chanakya Mandal Pariwar, in the presence of senior university officials and coordinators.
Officials said the initiative is expected to significantly enhance the competitiveness of Goan aspirants in national civil services examinations.
