MARGAO: Guardian Angel defeated Navelim Villagers Union 2-1 to enter the last eight at the Martins Cup 2024-25, organised by Betalbatim Sporting Club and played on Betalbatim panchayat ground.
Navelim took the lead in the 10th minute through Presley Gomes.
Guardian Angel mounted pressure and scored through a long ranger and made it 1-1 goal scorer Reagan Costa in the 40th minute.
Milroy Clement scored in the last minute and the score was 2-1.
