PANAJI: Cyber Crime Police Station has arrested a Haryana native for tempering with the ATM network of RBL bank.
As per information, Cyber Crime Police Station has arrested Mubarik s/o Deen Mohd. r/o cyber criminal stronghold Mewat Haryana in Cr. No: 46/2022 for tampering with the ATM network of RBL bank and wrongly fully withdrawing Rs. 9.2 lakh.
It was our second attempt to nab the accused after studying his pattern of movement for over a month. Pertinently, it requires 6-8 vehicles with armed policemen to catch any accused from the said village. Through effective intelligence gathering, the accused was caught smoothly and successfully.
The team led by PI Devendra V. Pingle and consisting of HC- Yogesh Khandeparkar, PC – Sanyog C. Shetye, PC – Ibrahim Karol , PC- Vinay Amonkar and PC – Hemant Gaonkar of Cyber Crime PS successfully investigated the case under the supervision of SP Shivendu Bhushan, IPS.
Accused produce before honble JMPC Panaji and obtained 7 days police custody. Further investigation is in progress.
