XELDEM: A gold chain and a ring worth Rs 65,000 were taken by an anonymous person who forced their way into a leased room by breaking the main door lock.
Ashok Devidas, a resident of Xeldem-Quepem, filed a complaint, and the police have registered an offense. The BNS’s Section 305 and Section 331(3) have been invoked in the case.
The police claim that the theft happened at the complainant’s rental property on November 20 at around nine in the morning. The case is being investigated further.
