PORVORIM: Leader of Opposition (LoP) Yuri Alemao today questioned the House as to why sub-questions from his Question which was scheduled to be taken up on Friday, were deleted.
He demanded that the Question should be postponed when we have the right to ask a question, why the sub-question is deleted.
“Because there is a fraud, they want to hide it,” he alleged. Minister Aleixo Sequeira: Accepting or rejecting a question is a prerogative of the Speaker.
CM Pramod Sawant said that this “point of order” cannot be taken up before Question Hour. That can be discussed after the Question Hour.
