CANACONA: Canacona police booked one for assaulting his cousin brother and his family members with Danda at Gaondongrim on Wednesday.
According to Canacona police, one Janu S/o Bombo Zore of Fulamol, Gaondongrim complained that one madhu Thoko Zore wrongfully restrained his cousin brother Babu Zore and began to assault him with Danda. When the complainants family members tried to intervene and stop the attack, Madhu Zore went on to attack the family members of the complainant with the same danda.
It was on Wednesday morning time at 10.30 hours, Madhu T Zore wrongfully restrained the cousin brother complainant Janu Bombo Zore, and began to assault him with a Danda. When the complainants’ other family members tried to intervene in an effort to stop the attack, the complainants family members were also attacked by the assailant with the help of Danda.
The accused assailant Madhu Thoko Zore went on damaging bikes of the complainant (Janu Zore) and of the victim Babu Zore by throwing the bikes in the laterite stone mining pit, causing heavy losses to the complainant and the victim of approximately Rs.40,000/-
Police further informed the assault attack is the previous enmity over the issue of Cattle’s. Canacona police registered a case u/s 118(1) 324(4) 126(2) of BNSS 2023 and PSI Babu Dessai is conducting the further investigation.
