CALANGUTE: Goa Police have arrested one for committing theft at Arpora house to the tune of Rs 1.50 lakhs.
A complaint was filed Pratik R/o V303, Rohan Mithila, Vimannagar, Pune, Maharastra that some unknown accused person affected entry in to the rented villa styled as ‘Mandovi’at Arpora by opening the sliding door.
According to complainant, Macbook Pro, Airpods, Bluetooth speaker of make ‘BOAT’, lenevo laptop and a cell phone having sim card no. 7358496008 and video game all worth Rs 1.50 lakh were robbed.
In this connection an offence vide crime No. 85/2021 U/s 380 of IPC was registered by PSI Akshay Parsekar and conducted further investigation.
During the course of investigation nabbed the accused person namely Rohan S/o Rauji Salgaonkar, age 27yrs, R/o Hno. 4/95, Mollem bhat Saligao Bardez Goa based on various CCTV footage and intelligence source from his residence and arrested in above crime.
During the interrogation he disclosed that stolen property was sold to one person namely Samid S/o Shashikant Tuyekar, age 36yrs, R/o Hno. 462, Mollem bhat Saligao Bardez Goa. Subsequently he was apprehended and placed under arrested in above crime. Stolen property recovered from their possession (1) video game of make ‘Sony’ (2) one Mobile make ‘Samsung’ and other stolen property i.e. (3) one laptop make ‘Dell’. The accused persons presently in Police Custody.
