CURCHOREM: The Health Minister Vishwajit Rane and Curchorem MLA and Power Minister Nilesh Cabral today inspected the ongoing work of the Curchorem primary health center.
Speaking after inspecting the work, Cabral said that the work is undertaken through Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation (GSIDC) who has earmarked Rs 55 crore towards the project.
Cabral said that the facility will not only benefit the Curchorem but will also cater to the patients from Sanvordem and Quepem.
The Minister said that he will ensure that the work is completed in fast pace. He said that Health Minister has assured to provide all support to expedite the work.
Later speaking to media, Rane said that the hospital is a dream of Cabral and that health department will work over night to complete the project.
The Minister said the hospital at Curchorem will be equipped with all latest medical equipment’s.
He said that efforts are on to ensure that the project is inaugrated at the earliest.
He said that the government is committed towards Health for All and Health at doorstep.
Rane said that the Vision for All initiative is part of health at your doorstep programme.
He informed that on the day of launch at Margao, total 1500 people registered for the camp. He said that Vision for All camp will be inaugrated in Curchorem and Valpoi on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
