MORMUGAO: Joshua D’Souza, the chairman of the Mormugao Planning and Development Authority (MPDA) and deputy speaker, said that Town and Country Planning has the authority to decide whether to withdraw the permits for the contentious Bhutani project in Sancoale. Department of (TCP).

For its proposed massive project at Savarfond-Sancoale, Parmesh Constructions Co Ltd, better known as Bhutani Infra, received a show-cause notice from Sancoale Panchayat.
Within seven days, the panchayat ordered the company to submit the necessary paperwork and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) in accordance with the Planning and Development Authority (PDA) requirements.
