Panaji: Sancoale Panchayat Issues Show Cause Notice to Parmesh Constructions (Bhutani Infra)
Construction License at Risk if PDA Document Compliance Not Met Within 7 Days.
In a unanimous decision during its recent body meeting, the Sancoale Village Panchayat has issued a show cause notice to Parmesh Constructions Co. Ltd, also known as Bhutani Infra, for its ongoing project.
The company has been directed to comply with all Planning and Development Authority (PDA) requirements, including submission of necessary documents and No Objection Certificates (NOCs), within seven days.
The Panchayat, expressing concern over regulatory compliance, warned that failure to meet these requirements would lead to the immediate revocation of the company’s construction license.
The decision follows multiple requests from the Panchayat for the project developers to provide the necessary approvals, which have reportedly been delayed.
