PANAJI: Institute Menezes Braganza has informed that they will organize “Sanskrit Day” in joint collaboration with Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar Higher Secondary School, Cujira, Bambolim- Goa from 11.30 am onwards on August 19, 2024.
Subhash Desai, Administrator of Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar Higher Secondary School will be the chief guest of the function, Shri. Dashrath Parab, Chairman, IMB, Shri. Deepak Amonkar, Principal of Hedgewar Higher Secondary School and Shri. Vilas Satarkar, Headmaster of Hedgewar Higher School will be the guest of honor.
Sanskrit expert Shri. Laxman Pitre will be the guest speaker for the function. Sanskrit students of schools will be participating in the programme.
The students will stage a Sanskrit cultural event on this day. The main aim of this programme is to preserve Sanskrit literature, make aware the students to study the Sanskrit language and to boost young talent in the field of Sanskrit literature and deliberate on the literary development in the state about the Sanskrit literature and its preservation.
